Q: How do I get started?

A: Maui residents can begin with our two-week trial for $40, which includes unlimited access to classes for 14-days. This special is valid for adults and youth local residents.

To start, visit our Membership Plans page, select the trial pass, create an account, and add payment info to complete your purchase. Once purchased, head to the Class Schedule page to book your classes.

AFTER purchasing a membership plan on our website, download the Fit by Wix mobile app to book classes.

1. Download the App
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download:

2. Open the App & Join With an Invite Code
When you open the app, on the first screen choose:
👉 “Got an Invite Code”
Copy and paste our invite code:

3. Confirm You’re Joining Ebb N Flo Maui
The app will show that the gym is Ebb N Flo Maui.
👉 Tap Continue to proceed.

4. Set Up Your Account
👉 Create your account using the same email address used to purchase a membership on our website.

5. Wait for Approval
After creating your account, the app will say that your request is pending approval.
⏱ Please allow up to 48 hours for us to approve your account.

6. Once Approved, You Can:
✅ Purchase or manage your membership
✅ Book classes and join waitlists
✅ Manage your account and bookings

Question 2

Q: I have no experience.  Which class should I take?

Accepted Answer

A: We offer two types of classes: Bag Work and Muay Thai.

Bag Work is perfect for beginners. It’s a no-contact class that focuses on Muay Thai fundamentals—stance, footwork, balance, and basic techniques—on the heavy bag. You’ll also build strength and endurance while learning technique and fight concepts with every drill.

Muay Thai classes are traditional style, with semi-contact partner drills to practice techniques and concepts. We recommend new students start with Bag Work to build a solid foundation before joining Muay Thai classes.

Q: How should I prepare for my first class?

Accepted Answer

A: Arrive about 10 minutes early to complete forms and warm up. Loaner gear is available for first-time use. Wear comfortable athletic clothes and train barefoot. The gym can get warm most of the year, so drink plenty of water, stay hydrated, and consider a small energizing snack before class.

Parking is available in the lot—use the white stalls only. Please do not park in the yellow stalls. Street parking is also available.

Q: How do I book a class?

Accepted Answer

A: You can book classes two ways:
On our website: View the class schedule, select your class, sign in (or create a Wix account), add payment info, and complete your booking.
Using the Fit by Wix app: Download the app on your mobile device, enter our invite code IN1OAM, and you can quickly book classes, view announcements, and manage your account.

Q: Do you offer drop-in classes for visitors?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes. Off-island visitors are welcome to drop in for classes. Our drop-in rate is $30 for the day and can be booked through our website or the Fit by Wix app.

Loaner gear is available for first-time visitors. If you’re new to Muay Thai, we recommend starting with a Bag Work class.

We do not offer single drop-in classes for Maui residents. Local residents are encouraged to purchase a class pack (4-class or 8-class pack), which helps build consistency and accountability in training.

New students may also start with our two-week trial for $40, available to first-time students only. The trial includes unlimited access to Muay Thai - All Levels, Bag Work & Conditioning, and Youth Muay Thai (for kids). The trial does not include Muay Thai - Level 2 classes.

Q: Where can I purchase gear?

Accepted Answer

A: We carry a limited selection of gear—boxing gloves, shin guards, and hand wraps—available for purchase at the gym.

New members can borrow loaner gear during their two-week trial, and are required to purchase their own gear if they continue training.

Q: How can I sign up my child and what are the prices?

Accepted Answer

A: We offer a two-week trial for $40. If your child continues, you can enroll in a month-to-month youth membership for $85 per month. Special pricing is available for long-term contracts.

Loaner gear is provided during the two-week trial. If your child continues, they are encouraged to purchase their own gear, which can be bought at Ebb N Flo (while supplies last) or through our recommended Amazon list.  Click here to view the list.

Q: What ages do you accept for your youth program?

Accepted Answer

A: Our youth program is for children ages 6 and up. Students aged 14 and older may join adult classes depending on skill level.

Question 9

Q: What days are your kids classes?

Accepted Answer

A: Sundays at 9:30 AM, Mondays at 4:30 PM, and Wednesdays at 4:30 PM. Classes are 50 minutes long.

New students will begin their first day of training on Wednesday.

Youth students who demonstrate proficiency in fundamental Muay Thai techniques may be eligible to join adult classes based on skill level.
