A: We offer two types of classes: Bag Work and Muay Thai.
Bag Work is perfect for beginners. It’s a no-contact class that focuses on Muay Thai fundamentals—stance, footwork, balance, and basic techniques—on the heavy bag. You’ll also build strength and endurance while learning technique and fight concepts with every drill.
Muay Thai classes are traditional style, with semi-contact partner drills to practice techniques and concepts. We recommend new students start with Bag Work to build a solid foundation before joining Muay Thai classes.
A: Arrive about 10 minutes early to complete forms and warm up. Loaner gear is available for first-time use. Wear comfortable athletic clothes and train barefoot. The gym can get warm most of the year, so drink plenty of water, stay hydrated, and consider a small energizing snack before class.
Parking is available in the lot—use the white stalls only. Please do not park in the yellow stalls. Street parking is also available.
A: We do not offer single drop-in classes for Maui residents. Local residents are encouraged to purchase a class pack (4-class or 8-class pack), which helps build consistency and accountability in training.
New students may also start with our two-week trial for $40, available to first-time students only. The trial includes unlimited access to Muay Thai All Levels, Bag Work & Conditioning, and Youth Muay Thai (for kids). The trial does not include Muay Thai Level 2 classes.
